OVERVIEW
If breathing life into characters, crafting immersive worlds, or weaving captivating narratives sounds like your perfect career, take your first step with the Bachelor of 2D Animation at Collarts Sydney.
This hands-on degree is delivered by Collarts – the Australian College of the Arts – and provides an in-depth focus on visual storytelling and industry-relevant production skills.
Students learn through project-based production, building a creative toolkit spanning drawing, storyboarding, sound design, motion design and screenwriting for animation. Under close mentorship from experienced lecturers, students refine both their technical ability and unique voice.
With industry placements and a capstone project, graduates leave with the confidence and fundamental skills to pursue careers in major studios or forge independent creative pathways in animation, screen and digital media.
